Myths & Heroes continue to guide us as we embark on our forty-third season at Reportory Dance Theatre. "Myth is the hidden part of every story, the buried part, the region that is still unexplored because there are as yet no words to enable us to get there." (Italo Calvino) We hope you'll join us for every memorable moment in these four extraordinary concerts.

"A rare, perfectly formed work of art" (Salt Lake Tribune) RDT reprises Zvi Gotheiner's beloved Chairs, his fierce and haunting work for nine dancers and nine chairs in the intimacy of the Rose's Black Box Theater. Called "flawless", "visually stunning", and "beautifully shaped", the solos, duets, and quartets in Chairs reveal the full spectrum of human emotion and experience. Buoyant, bold, and ultimately breathtaking, Chairs mirrors modern life with exquisite empathy. |
